Important Policy Information

• Additional policies for minors are shown here.
• If a passenger No Shows, Cancels or Changes their reservation less than 24 hours before their departure time, there is a $20.00 fee charged to the CC on file for each PASSENGER WITH A GUARANTEED SEAT. After office hours please leave a message (phone numbers).
• You are allowed 2 large bags & a carry on Extra and OVERSIZED luggage is $5.00 extra per bag. This includes bikes, skis, snowboards etc. Each bag needs to weigh 50 lbs or less. Please tag your luggage with your name and phone number; and check tags before claiming bags. The Breeze shuttle will not be responsible for lost or misplaced luggage.
• Please be at pick up point 10 to 15 minutes early.
• Scheduled times may vary widely depending on roads, traffic and weather conditions.
• Your Credit Card will not be charged until the day before you travel.
• Return Boarding Passes - The driver will issue you a return boarding pass. We do not keep track of when these passes get used. If you do not have your boarding pass when boarding you will be charged a one-way fee to board. Return tickets are non-refundable.
• Bend Pick up and Drop-off Location is at the Sugarloaf Mountain Motel - 62980 N Hwy 97 -- Located by Fast Gas Exxon Station across the street from The north end Burger King.
  • We just want to remind our customers that the The Sugarloaf Mountain Motel is a separate business that has been kind enough to allow us to use their parking lot. Please do not bother them with questions about the bus, if you have any questions or comments please call our office. Please do not wait in their lobby, or leave personal vehicles in the parking lot. You are welcome to use the restrooms. Pay phones are available over at the Fast Gas Convenience Store.
• After you have traveled one-way the return ticket is non-refundable. However, you may exchange the return portion for a voucher that may be used any direction.
